5.1 Deposits. jdk88 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks), and cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are available to Accounts that have completed KYC verification. Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. jdk88 targets processing of withdrawal requests for verified Accounts within 30 minutes for standard amounts; however, processing times may vary and are not guaranteed.
5.3 Currency. All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals in other currencies will be converted at prevailing exchange rates as determined by jdk88.
5.4 No Third-Party Payments. jdk88 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to payment accounts belonging to third parties. All payment methods used must be registered in the Account holder's legal name.
5.5 jdk88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of source of funds where deposits or betting activity suggest unusual financial patterns, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
6.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by jdk88 are subject to specific terms published on the jdk88 Bonus page at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions (for sportsbook bonuses), time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps are stated in the applicable promotion terms.

6.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless explicitly converted through a completed Wagering Requirement.
7.1 All wagers placed on the jdk88 Platform are subject to the game rules applicable to the relevant product — Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, or Sic Bo — as published on the Platform. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable rules before placing a wager.
7.2 jdk88 reserves the right to void any wager that has been placed on the basis of a palpable error in odds, pay-table, or any other displayed information resulting from a technical malfunction or human error.
7.3 In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the game outcome will be determined by the result recorded on the game server. jdk88 is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions outside its control.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jdk88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 jdk88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant incident.
11.3 jdk88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.1 jdk88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jdk88 has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or where such action is required by applicable law or by order of a regulatory authority.
12.2 Upon Account closure for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period.
12.3 You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jdk88 support. Closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under jdk88's international gaming authority licensing jurisdiction.
